Captured at the delivery door, stored with the entry.
Restaurant invoices arrive at the worst possible time: during a delivery, before service, with a driver waiting. The paperwork gets stacked next to the prep table and dealt with later—if it survives the shift.
Why restaurant paperwork goes missing

- Deliveries land during the busiest hours
- Documents are handled by kitchen staff, not finance
- Thermal paper fades within weeks
- Several suppliers deliver on the same morning
A workflow that survives service
- Delivery
- Photo in WhatsApp
- Extraction
- Confirm
- Accounting
The person receiving the delivery photographs the invoice before the driver leaves. That single action solves the two biggest problems: documents that disappear and documents that fade.

Capture before you check
Photograph the invoice first, then check the delivery against it. If items are short, note the discrepancy in the same chat so finance sees it alongside the document.
Daily and weekly rhythm
Daily
Every delivery is photographed and confirmed on arrival. Nothing accumulates on the prep table.
Weekly
The manager reviews the dashboard for anything missing—an expected supplier with no invoice is far easier to spot in a list than in a folder.
What changes for the kitchen
Very little, which is the point. There is no new app, no login and no training. Staff take a photo in a chat they already use.
