Before you start.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan gives you 25 entries a month with no card. Upgrade when you're ready.
What happens if I run out of entries?
New documents wait safely until you add a top-up or upgrade. Nothing is lost, and you get a WhatsApp alert before you run low.
How do payment reminders work?
On Business and Firm, Snapit sends one WhatsApp summary each morning of bills due and payments to collect. You can also send individual payment reminders for invoices, up to your plan's monthly limit.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?
Yes, on every paid plan. Free plans use a shared Snapit number.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in USD and exclude local taxes.
