Snapit manages claims, invoices, bills and bank statements for your team. This policy explains what we handle, how we use it, and how to reach us.
What we handle
When your team sends a document — on WhatsApp, Email, Line, Telegram or web upload — we process:
- The document itself: photos, PDFs and their attachments.
- Details read from it: supplier names, amounts, dates, line items and tax.
- Contact details needed to run the service, such as your phone number or email address.
How we use it
- To read the document and return the details to you for review.
- To post confirmed documents to the accounting system your team connected.
- To keep the original document attached to its record, so it can be found later.
We do not sell your documents or your data.
Sharing
Your documents and details go to:
- The accounting tools your team chose to connect.
- Service providers that help us run Snapit, under terms that protect your data.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your documents and details, or ask what we hold. Email us and we will take care of it.
Beta
Snapit is in beta. We are still building, and this policy will grow as the product does.
